IREC’s 2017 version of the National Shared Renewables Scorecard evaluated 14 state shared renewable energy programs active in 11 states and Washington, D.C. At that time, five other programs had been adopted but had not been fully implemented, including programs in Connecticut (Shared Clean Energy Facility Pilot Program), Hawaii, Illinois, Oregon and Rhode Island. See 2017 map of the Scorecard grades HERE.
Note: the 2017 Scorecard grades were evaluated based upon a slightly different set of criteria compared to the 2018 grades which may have altered the grades for certain state programs irregardless of whether or not the program rules were modified since last year.
